Available for more than thirty years, Roll impact sound insulation mats are one of the most reliable and tested on the market and represents Isolgomma’s many years experience in the production of underlayments for impact sound insulation. It is supplied in rolls and produced using SBR fibres and granules hot compacted using a latex adhesive. A 300 g/m² black bituminous anti-stretch backing is applied on one side. Roll is also suitable for use with underfloor heating sysytems. A waterproof version - Roll PTB is also available. Impact sound reduction values of up to 27dB are possible using Roll.

The unique distribution of rubber granules on the floor ensures excellent elasticity, making Roll perfectly suitable for impact noise reduction.

Roll is manufactured using technology that ensures a low environmental impact.

Roll Sound Insulation and Underfloor Heating

Roll can be used as a sound insulation underlayment for hollowcore flooring and can also incorporate underfloor heating systems. In the example below, Roll R4 is used in a precast hollowcore flooring situation incorporating an underfloor heating system. This unique resilient insulation gives superior sound insulation performance and is suitable for inclusion in most concrete floor constructions. Roll acoustic insulation is engineered to give maximum reduction of impact noise through concrete floors.

In the example below, Roll 10 is used in a precast hollowcore flooring situation incorporating a floating screed on top with a suspended ceiling beneath the soffit of the floor slab. This unique resilient insulation gives superior sound insulation performance and is suitable for inclusion in most concrete floor constructions. Roll acoustic insulation is engineered to give maximum reduction of impact noise through concrete floors.
